Our masterplan foresees 16 villa-style houses located in Phuket’s upcoming nexus. The project covers over 4 Rai (1.6 Acres) of land and consists of two distinct structure types. The plan accounts for six Type A, four Type B1, and six Type B2 units.
Le Villa Lake’s project architect, Mr. Supapol, highlights the efficient use of land space to generate generously proportioned rooms and lifestyle spaces, built to be pleasantly functional and personalised for each family.
A common clubhouse located in the center of the project encompasses a concise gym and lounge area, accessible to every family within Le Villa Lake.
Round-the-clock security service is positioned at the project entrance for all residents’ comfort, as well as management personnel who are ready to assist with all inquiries. Landscaping, common utilities, and waste management are accounted for as part of our annual servicing fees.
Mr. Wichien Juthamongkol, a businessman with extensive experience in Phuket’s hospitality line of work. Mr. Supapol Juthamongkol, A graduate of Monash University’s Architectural Design Program. With his time abroad exploring Australia and his innate attention to detail, he brings a fresh perspective and technical understanding to turn the Le Villa Lake project’s concept into visuals, then later into materialized physicals.
He is part of Phuket, Thailand’s next generation of real estate developers, where his understanding of present-day architecture and Phuket’s lush geolocation allows him to bridge the gap between contemporary and organic, resulting in designs where modern living meets nature’s embrace.
